Biographie

J’ai découvert le baseball à l’école primaire en 2013 et j’ai intégré l’équipe 9U du club de Montpellier Barracudas en 2014. Les duels à la frappe, la diversité des postes et l’esprit collectif m’ont beaucoup plu. J’ai commencé à jouer en équipe nationale dès ma troisième année, en 2016. Avec les collectifs nationaux 12U, 15U, 18U et senior j’ai participé aux championnats d’Europe en 2016, 2017, 2019 et 2021 . Remplaçant la première année, j’ai effectué la moitié des rencontres. J’ai été titulaire pour les années suivantes et capitaine de l’équipe en 2019. Pour l’Euro 18U j’ai été titulaire à chaque match et bullpen cacher de l’équipe de France senior à l’âge de 16ans.

Avec le club de Montpellier, j’ai participé et été titulaire à trois finales de championnat de France 15U dont une en étant surclassé. Nous avons été vice-champion de France en 2017 et 2019 et champion de France en 2018. A 16 ans j’ai été titulaire avec l’équipe D1 de Montpellier pour les playoff du championnat de France où nous avons échoués et durant le Challenge de France que nous avons remportés.

J’ai intégré le pôle espoir de Montpellier en septembre 2017 et le pôle France en septembre 2020.

Mes objectifs au pôle France :

Gagner le championnat et le Challenge de France avec Montpellier Barracudas D1

Intégrer l’équipe de France 23U

Mes objectifs en sortant du pôle France :

Obtenir une bourse pour intégrer une université aux Etats-Unis

Intégrer l’équipe de France senior

Je me considère comme un joueur en pleine progression qui veut toujours s’améliorer et faire de son mieux. Je pense avoir une attitude de meneur, en donnant envie à mon équipe de faire de son mieux pour gagner. Je n’abandonne jamais, je ne suis pas déstabilisé par un joueur meilleur que moi au contraire cela me stimule. Je suis un joueur de position ( receveur et 3^ème base) avec de bonnes performances à la frappe.

I discovered baseball at school in 2013 and I joined the Montpellier Barracudas 9U team in 2014. I enjoyed playing duel at batting, the singularity of the position and the team spirit. I began playing with national’s team on my third year, in 2016. I played at the European championship in 2016, 2017, 2019 and 2021 with the national team 12U, 15U, 18U et senior. The first year, I was subtitute player, and I played half of games. I was titular during the other competitions and captain in 2019. I was titular in every game during the european championship 18U in 2021.And I was the bullpen cacher for the national team at 16 in 2021.

With the Montpellier Barracudas’ team, we finished second at the 2017 and 2019 U15 French Championship and won the U15 French title in 2018. At 16 I was titular with Montpellier Barracudas during the playoff and the Challenge that we have won.

I trained at the Montpellier Academy during 3 years (2016-2019) before joining the Toulouse national academy in 2020.

My goals in the Toulouse national academy are :

Join the national team U23.

Being titular with the 1st division team for the Montpellier Barracudas.

Win the french championship and challenge with Montpellier Barracudas D1.

My goals after the Toulouse national academy are :

Receive a scholarship to join a college baseball team in the U.S.

Make the senior national team.

I see myself as a growing player who always wants to improve and do his best. I think I have a leadership attitude, as I give my team the wish to do its best to win. I never give up and instead of being unsettled by a better player than me, I am even more stimulated. I am a positional player (3rd base and receiver) with good hitting performances.
